Default Does anyone here use a pain cream?
Just wondering, I have several for my left shoulder which has developed RSD.

I have....

1. triple numbing cream with lidocaine, tetracaine, benzocaine and some baclofen
2. DMSO, ketoprofen (?), baclofen and lidocaine
3. DMSO, Ketamine, gabapetin, ketoprofen


Trying out to see what helps more.
