Exclamation I am taking my life back.. I have RSD I am NOT RSD

I had a complete meltdown last night after all this crazy weather and got on my knees and prayed about this whole RSD thing....it has held me hostage for three years and I can't take it anymore. My Meds are pretty much in balance, but I need a therapy pool, so I talked my mom into helping me join our wellness center. In the water, which heated, I felt normal and the therapy pool was glorious. I am taking back my life one step at a time and I refuse to waste another minute. I have to lose sixty pounds because I refuse to take any more pills because at this rate I will be a diabetic if I'm not careful....I have RSD, but it doesn't have me ANYMORE.

Hip hip hooray! Hallelujah! What a glorious message to start the day with! It might be a slow process finding your own normal, but finding joy and victory on your knees is the best way to start.

By the way did you ever buy a pair of those soft jeans?

All the best to you,
pat edgington

Congratulations Cindi! I've taken Suzy to the pool a few times last year, she seemed to take to it very well.

Soft jeans? Is there a particular brand of this kind of soft Jean?

They were a TV special. Maybe if you do a search, I'm pretty sure it was Cindy that said she was going to try them, but then I have memory issues!
