Default grapeseed extract help

I'm supposed to have a pain pump implanted Monday. I was taking GSE for a while, but then I forgot about them, and now I cna't remember the proper doseage. Can somebody help, preferably quickly, so I can start before I leave Sunday? The ones I have say 150 mg per capsule. Thanks!

AJ

Oops, I forgot to ask if there's any reason not to take the
grapeseed extract before or after surgery. I think it would
be a good thing to take, but I really don't know and don't
want to mess up the procedure at all. This is kind of my last
shot. Are there any other supplements that would help my
body handle the surgery and heal better?

thanks,
AJ

I would ask the doc or - since a surgery is looming wait until after to start up again .
we also have a very good Vitamin & Supplement forum here.
They might have better details and info on interactions for you.

Don't take it a week or so before surgery. It's a blood thinner...if one takes a pharma blood thinner, then can't take both.

150mg is a good dose, I take more but I'm headed into my 20th year soon taking grape seed extract which is an OPC...

One wants to take enough for their bodyweight.
