Hi, my name is Amanda. I have been recently diagnosed with RSD in my left arm. The doctors can't figure out how I got it. I have been struggling with it for almost a year now. I am on Percocet 10/325 3 times a day and I get ganglion nerve blocks every month to help with the sensitivity in my arm. My question is, My husband and i are considering having another child. I am concerned how RSD affects someone while they are pregnant. What pain medicine's are ok to take and does nerve blocks affect the baby?

You will have to discuss with your doctor the effects different treatments could have on an unborn baby.
I have seen some information on RSD and pregnancy on Hooshmand's RSD puzzles. Here are links to two: http://www.rsdrx.com/rsdpuz4.0/puz_7.htm http://www.rsdrx.com/rsdpuz4.0/puz_141.htm |
