I am looking for a Neurologist for my 17 year old daughter who has RSD; we live in the north suburbs of Chicago. Any recommendations?

I am not for sure but I think a girl I know went to Rush Hospital for treatment. I think they have a pain center and even support groups.

I also had some refer me to Rush hospital because they have a CRPS specialty clinic. But I haven't checked it out yet.
