Default What to do next???

Hey Everyone,

I have just been diagnosed with CRPS pain syndrome.

I have been suffering in pain in my right knee for nearly 6 months now. The pain has now traveled down to my whole foot since and also slightly to my left knee.

I spend 90% of the day sitting down due to the pain and am hardly able to walk around so not in the best condition.

The doctors are putting me on a medication program to control the pain and slowly start pool PT. I have already been on Lyrica for 2 -3 weeks without any gains.

Is this the best option for me at this stage or are there better treatment options available which I should consider?

Thanks,

Nigel
