Default meeee tooo

Sandy: I wake up with a headache and neckache everymorning too. I am convinced its because our muscles are so tense at night and dont relax and when we move an inch it causes pain which causes us to tense up. stretching helps me the most... and waking up to a dark dark room. Some days, the headache just doesnt go away.
