Default Charity Start Up

Hi everyone!! So I'm trying to start up an organization in the Las Vegas area. I had started in NY but had to move and put it on hold. Only being out here for two years I need a little help getting things started. I'm trying to start something to help people with RSD with basic tasks, such as laundry, cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, babysitting, etc. It's something I do every day for my partner and am sure there are people who need help and either don't have anyone (or anyone that believes them) or are too embarrassed to ask people they know.

What are good organizations to reach out to for support groups listings or maybe doctors who might be interested in passing on the information? I've done google searches and have sent many emails but maybe I'm approaching this the wrong way? I'd love other's feedback since i'm so disconnected from any type of support community in this city.

Any by all means, if there is anyone in this area looking for help please contact me or anyone would would like to try to set something up in their area I will keep you updated on my process and how everything is working!

I also thought maybe joining or starting a support group would be a better first step. in NY libraries were welcoming and hospitals would allow you a room if you had a doctor to agree to 'oversee' the meetings. I can't seem to find that here, although this city seems to be dead against people with hidden pain conditions as we move on to her 11th doctor and having been set back years after a surgery.
