I also use the patches.
I just wanted to add...It will help if you put some medical tape along the edges to hold them in place.
I had a hard time getting them to stick..Even after wiping the area{s}
down with alcohol.So you might wanna try that.

The Lidocaine patch is only 5%. You can buy a 10% cream and use it as often
as you need it. Much better than the patch
