Yes this is the same dr. but I don't want to switch. He and his staff are very supportive. They answer my questions, include me in all decisions and I never feel rushed. I feel they would back me and right now thats important to me.

I don't have many on my side and
that is one of the positives in my life. (someone who believes In me)

Thank you all as well for your support, but sometimes a person needs to see another person who believes in you as well.
What is the best fit for me, isn't going to be the best fit for you. You've put thought into it and it's an important relationship to you, like mine is with my doc. I can RESPECT that!

I would ask to introduce one new med at a time, though. If he's supportive this likely won't be an issue.

And it's prudent to research every procedure (just like you did before undergoing RF and in this thread) and med even when your care is provided by a famous RSD specialist...

From personal experience this is one of the trickier pain meds to use for several reasons...
Yes, it's my only one for now. And it really hasn't been helping at all which I need to tell the doctor, but part of me doesn't want any stronger meds. I take 50 mg 4 times a day. I'd love to hear your experience with it.

Default update

Well, on Sunday am I started zoning out and felt horrible. By Monday I was completely spaced out, vomiting, etc. Took off both patchs and took nothing all day. I slept most of the day.
Yesterday when I got a little sense back I called the PM doctor and we are starting over. We will add one medication at a time, to see what the culprit was. My head is still spinning and I am having major hot flashes and nausea. I have only taken neurontin the last 2 days. Absoultely feel like crap!
