Tracey,
sorry to hear the difficullty you have had. I would like to say that you need to keep looking for a plastic surgeon, who is certified board member of the american plastic surgeon's. I use to work for one and I can tell you It is not cosmetic. The office who told you that just doesn't know what to do or how to code it, to submit to your insurance. Welcome to the group and hang in there. What ever you choose don't quite fighting.
