Tracey,

sorry to hear the difficullty you have had. I would like to say that you need to keep looking for a plastic surgeon, who is certified board member of the american plastic surgeon's. I use to work for one and I can tell you It is not cosmetic. The office who told you that just doesn't know what to do or how to code it, to submit to your insurance.
