Default I Need Neurologist that treats RSD in NYC. Please help!

I'm looking for neurologist in nyc that treats rsd. I know that most docs that treat it are Anestysiologists... but I have referral to see neurologist and have to go thru the motions of these referrals first.
Please let me know if someone knows of neurologist in NYC area.
Thank You.

Many RSD patients go to HSS and see Dr Richman or Dr Hertz.
