Default Hi Inhishands,

I did find it was worth it. I actually bought two. I gave one to my PCP about 6 years ago for Christmas and he read it and has used a lot of his ideals to take care of me such as the triggerpoint injections, what meds to use, and what PT to use.

I like it also because it shows pictures of where RSD can be in your body and I was able to show my PCP exactly where I was dealing with it. He had already been doing a lot for me but I just thought there might be things in there that he didn't know of.

It also explains what RSD does to us body wise and mentally and so much more. I keep it on hand all of the time to look up things in it. There are some things I don't understand in it but I bought a medical dictionary to figure out those parts and I will ask my Dr. if I don't know what something means.

To me it's one of the best buys I have made.

Ada
