Default I get to got to work today!!!!

Yuppers!!!! The best MONDAY I have had in a long time. My boss just called me a little bit ago and asked if I would be interested in coming in for a few hours and doing some consulting work. Granted I'm not on payroll anymore but thats okay. At least I have something to do today besides vacuum up dog hair! They love me....They really love me.... No not really. They just were a little hasty in their decision to let me go. I'm sure it was more like they thought of me as a liability. After being there for 8 years this is the thanks I got. Walking papers. And now there regretting it. Well the ball is now in my court. Anyway, I'm not bitter. I hope everyone else has a great day. I really do. Allen, Roz, Jose, The Artist, GoodNPlenty, and everyone else. I have to go scrub now. Will yack at ya later!! Chin Up!!!!!!

Mark

Smile Super Great!!...and MORE News for you!

Mark,

Well, good for you! Just please don't over do it (like my stupid self did at the football game Friday night that I went to and chaperoned when I KNEW better, and that I shouldn't have...but they had called me the Sunday prior, and I said that I would....and I didn't want to leave them in a lurch...and it IS so nice to feel wanted.....*Sigh. Now, I can hardly move, and am hoping and praying that I survive until Oct 3, when I am supposed to have procedures done....it hurts to breath again....*Sigh and Double Sigh). Also...don't you DARE let them take advantage of you and make it a habit to use you and your vast intelligence to get their a$$es out of a clink without any kind of compensation!

Sorry...can you tell that I have been dealing with Teenagers and their first jobs around here lately? Especially with Meghan and hers....she has a super Crappy Manager that really shouldn't BE a manager and that is breaking all kinds of rules, and even some of the state labor laws.....ARGH!

AND...my pain levels are like sky high, so I am having troubles staying on task and track. I guess that should be a warning for anyone else that might happen to be reading this...My train isn't just getting off track these days; it is derailing and causing pile ups! So...my poor threads will all probably be even more wandering and rambling than normal.

OMG! What a horrendous thought, Huh??!!?!?!!

ANYWAY...I wanted to tell you that I am very happy to hear that you are already having a good start to your week, and that you are so happy to have gotten a call from your old work place to come and help out a little. BUT....I also have some OTHER news for you...

I managed to get a hold of Debbi!!! I happened to have on my Yahooey thingy, and POP! Her screen name popped on and then off! So, I Made sure I was visible to her, and then sent her a message...and she was still there! (She had just gone invsibile...which I totally understand!). So, we talked for a little bit. I told her about this place..and I MADE SURE to tell her about how pitiful you are around here, looking for her, and missing her, and wanting to know if anyone has heard from her, or knows how to get a hold of her. LOLOL.

She has been trying and trying to go to the OBT site, and I think that I had her confused at first, thinking that it had come back on line (Easy for me to do, with all of my derailed ramblings and what not). So, I made SURE to send her the web addy....and to tell her she would have to re-register...and how we ALL are missing her (but you MOST of all!!!). She made sure to get me added to her buddy list thingy, so we will be able to talk again, but she had to go, because she had class. She is doing sooo well in school! I will let HER tell you about that, as it is not MY news to tell!

Anyway...She said that she will try to get over here, as she has missed everyone...but she was in a pretty big rush. I wanted to let you know that I did find her...and let her know about this place....and she said she would come....so hopefully she will be here sometime soon when she has the time (she has also been moving, and I am not sure how "settled in" she is yet, as we didn't get time to talk much about that, even).

So...now I guess we have to post Lookouts. We should have Lookouts and Search Parties, to see if we can spot and lost wanders out in the dark. We need a big Light House or something Saying "HERE WE ARE!!!!". I wish that more folks would come stumbling in.

Ok...seriously rambling..so going to stop. Hope that you have a GOOD day at work today!

Love and ((Hugs))
Jose
