Hello, I have RSD in my legs feet and recently in my hands. I find that the pain comes and goes throughout the day. I try to stay active and to keep my hands moving. Some days I just don't want to do anything and then when I start doing things the pain is not too bad. The pain that I am having now is in my back and legs and I have to walk with forearm crutches.
Some days the pain in my hands is not too bad and others it is just more pronounced.
Steve
