Chat No burning?

Hi I was diagnosed with CRPS 4 months ago in my left ankle. It spread to the other foot and is now spreading up both legs. I only had burning for 3 weeks then it just stopped. Now I'm left with this tingling sensations up my legs. It is also in my left hand where I had nerve damage over 20 years ago. I'm so confused as to what is going on with my body. Dr just says to up my Lyrica with makes my body more hypersensitive. Any thoughts?
