Mine get almost translucent swollen. It feels like ice is going through my nerves and also feels like fire! I am dealing with a flare-up now! LISAR624

Default My RSD

Hi Guys - new to the forum in general but I have pictures. The one in the cast is a little older, the one that goes all of the way up my leg is a few weeks ago. It's neat to see how this nasty disease effects everyone differently. Mine is fairly well managed but I still have good days and bad days.

Hey Spiritscript,

That's an awful lot of swelling and varicose veins in that right leg. Has that been worked up? Varicose veins can cause significant leg and foot pain....

I figured it was time to post some pictures of my wonderful feet. My CRPS started in my right foot so I don't have any 'before" pictures of that foot but I do have some before pictures of my left. The wonderful color of my feet/legs doesn't show up on pictures for some reason but they usually a red/purple color or text book mottled.

Thank you! The swelling in my right leg and foot has gotten much worse from my last spine injection in November, 2014. Most of the swelling went down but the veins are still awful. Worked up? Ha! My primary and my neurologist's DNP just say that everybody has veins and bruises. Pathetic!

OMG! Does the swelling come and go, or stay all the time?

That's most days for me. The swelling does go down some days but never back to "normal".
