Default Bicep twitching/tremor

RSD for 4mo. and the twitching in the bicep for three. There wasn't anything that brought it on and nothing that helps or stops it. I too notice that the more pain I am in the more it is twitching. The doctors (pain managment and neurologist) both have no idea why it would be doing this and say that they have never seen it before with rsd.

I have twitching and spasms as well, but I wouldn't call them tremors.

Ruling from the judges? Aren't tremors slightly different?

I'm talking full blown tremors. So bad that I sit and uncontrollably shake like I'm having some sort of seizure or something. Afterwards I have this spent/ tired feeling that takes a while to overcome....

That's what I get too.

I also get the muscle twitches and spasms sometimes...but the tremors are the worst...much more severe.

I have had tremors/spasms all my life as I was born with cerebral palsy, but the RSD has made it way worse...I have started to stutter, something that I overcame as a child.

I'm fortunate to usually be able to use my arm. I try to favor it for small tasks but always have to think about it before I do. It has certainly lost a lot of strenght but not a lot of mass yet. I still try to exercise it as much as the other. Good luck.

I have several types of tremors. The most bothersome is a fine high frequency tremor that keeps me awake. Tizanidine helps a lot.
