The doctors (pain managment and neurologist) both have no idea why it would be doing this and say that they have never seen it before with rsd.

Muscle relaxers like Slelaxin, Baclofen, Flexeril, Soma might help. I only take Skelaxin at night because it makes me tired. But my biceps do twitch sometimes. It's maddening...
