Default RSD Doctor in Virginia

Does anyone know of a good RSD physician in Virginia? I am looking for a doctor for my mom who lives in Lexington, VA that is suffering from a recent diagnosis of RSD following a morton's neuroma removal. I am having a really hard time finding a physician with expereince and I know this is critical for RSD patients. I also know that early intervention is important, so any help would be wonderful. Thank you!

Itake my daughter to Dr Chin at GWU in DC for ketamine treatments. Although it is 3 hrs from me, she is well worth the drive. I was not happy with the doctors at UVA who only seemed to use drugs and nerve blocks. Ketamine is the thing that has given my daughter the most relief.
