Ok....so the big "mystery" - We had our w/c hearing today. We dont have a decision yet and it could take up to 90 days to hear anything. (So we need all those thoughts and prayers to keep rolling) I feel it went well....but I'm not getting my hopes up......This was just for past and current compensation and medical which ultimately is the most important to us anyways...getting him healthy and things managable again so he can move on with his life and look at future employment opportunities.

The reason I have kept this a "secret" is because I am very leary about message boards and honestly one never knows whose lurking around.

There is more that I have to tell about all this as well.......

My husband was the one "diagnosed" by the good IME doc with having Munchausen (I'm sure their may have been a few who have guessed this already). I didnt write about us specifically because I didnt want to mess anything up with his hearing. We spent the afternoon tossing that theory out the window and figured we did a good job of it. Their attorney was REALLY shocked to hear that hubby has had an MMPI (psych eval) in the past few years and that he was more then normal and far from the "faker" the IME doc had made him out to be. He had this because of gastric bypass surgery and they will NOT approve anyone for the surgery unless they are mentally stable and sound.

I hope you can all understand why I did this and why I was not sure about writing anything until after the hearing. Thanks everyone so much again - Hopefully we'll have positive results from the judge here very soon.

Lots and lots of continued Prayers and Good Thoughts until you get a ruling from the Judge!!!!

I also get leery about posting up things of importance that is currently in litigation. We all know how underhanded they can get by following folks with a camera. Ya never know where or when they can pop up, and use something against you.
