I suggest you call you call Banner Therapy for clarification. I have non clip wires and reusable sponge electrodes-non clip style.

If you don't have any luck pm me and I will call you if you like to speed things along.

The details can be stressful but once you get everything together it will be easy sailing.

Hoping relief is just around the corner for your daughter!!!!!!!!!!

The machine came with wires that won't be used , because the sponge electrodes you said you are using ( i found out after they arrived) need the wire that connects to them to be the banana type. The wires you recommended are pin type( there are 3types of connectors for ekgs , tens, any medical connection, clip, that look like the connect to the little boobie, pin type that are the same size from the beginning to the wire , just a straight metal connector about the size of 1/2 inch,, like you see on small earphones you plug into your phone, computer ect. The last type of connector is the banana connector which starts out narrow, swells bigger in the middle then narrows down, like a banana, they are about 1/2inch long. The electrodes you specified connect only to a banana connection, please look at your wire that connects from the machine to the electrode, what connection does it have? I either have to order a different wire or a different (non disposable electrode)(which I don't want to do,since the non disposables are $8-10 apiece! ) or try to see if a adaptor will work, however it has to support the current flow of the machine. Thank you for your time, I am hoping we can figure this out. margarsa

OK I think I know the problem.

When I originally called Banner Therapy I asked for the part number for the electrode that takes standard TENS unit wires. When I looked the photo up this morning I don't think they gave me the correct part number. Please call them to see if I am correct. Not sure if an adapter would work since it might pull out during treatment which would not be a good thing since the current must ramp up at the beginning of treatment and then ramp down at the end of treatment.

More later-late for Drs. appt.
