Angry Frustrated... I banged my foot!!!!
Ive been doing good lately and of course I banged my foot on a chair. Honestly I don't even know How i did it but Ive been in NON STOP RSD PAIN since. My PT wanted to kill me cause Ive been doing better. LOL.

What sucks is I can't take anything since I am having the Lumbar Block thursday. IM STILL SCARED. Trying to think good thoughts.

Wish me luck for Thursday

good luck! ive had 2 different kinds done to my back and this works best, i go in with arm crutches and walk out without them! i have a chronic back problem as well as drps
