i read through this entire site. it is very good. even having rsd for years, and reynaud's, i still found a few things i did not know. i am always interested in the viatmin/mineral way of helping.
the things i agree with most are that we all need to keep moving at our own pace and not give in to this disease, and that we need to do things we like each day. keeping a good sense of well being in spite of the pain is so important.

I put the article in save. It's very interesting and full of good info. I have to admit though I was a little thrown off when I saw the picture of the dog and the website said Artzoo. Made me think it was about animals before I opened it. LOL

I wish I had seen this 9 years ago. Most of it I've seen before and I just sort of gravitated to the diet. I'll follow up the links.
