Default RSD/CRPS Handbook

Hi Everyone,
I have made an 'RSD/CRPS Handbook'. If anyone would like a copy just e-mail me and let me know. It is great for friends and family...if there are any friends or family members that don't quite understand you, this will give them a good look into what we go through everyday.
Good Luck,
Adriana
