Default RSD Brachial Plexus Block

Hey, I'm 14yrs and just recently was diagnosed with RSD in my right arm from surgry on my shoulder on the suprascapular nerver. My doctor did a brachial plexuses block to try and get the inflamation down but it failed and now my neck is killing me and I was wondering if any one had the same reaction to the brachial plexus block?
