Default Lidocaine infusions in Pennsylvania?

Hello. Ive been looking for doctors in PA that offer lidocaine infusions. I have seen the list of Ketamine docs on the Ketamine Klub facebook page but havent found any listing that show lidovaine docs.

Does anyone know of a doctor or hospital that offers lidocaine infusions? Im in central PA. It seems as though all the ketamine docs are near Philly, so im guessing it will be similar for lido.

Also, is the cost of Lidocaine cheaper than Ketamine? One place told us it was $600 a day for ketamine treatments.

Basically we were hoping to start with Lidocaine and try that first. So then we have somewhere to go up to if that doesnt work or stops being effective over time. Ive had a treatment with Lidocaine in the past and it was helpful for 3-4 weeks. So im hopeful it will be effective. Just need to find a doc in PA! Thank you.
