Default I have a quick question,,,

Hello again everyone, I have a quick question a hope someone might know the answer. I have RSD in my left leg and wanted to know if epsom salt soaks would help for the swelling? I appreciate any and all feedback and I hope everyone has a blessed day

People swear by it! Rsdrx.com is a great site. Dr. Hooshmand says it helps.

Hopefully, yes. It does for me. But, it's not as if it will return you to "normal", so try it out and see how you respond. You were uncomfortable in a heated pool, right? Play with the temp, until you're happy.

If you can find an infrared sauna locally to try out, you might want to see how you respond. If you can get insurance approval or have the ability to go out of pocket, HBOT and Ketamine, are other options that have helped reduce my swelling.

Ok, thank you for the advice, I'm gonna give it a try. yes I have a problem with temperatur either too hot or too cold.its real hard to find a tolerable temperature but I can handle luke warm. I'm gonna see the specialist at MEDICAL COLLEGE OF VIRGINIA on Tuesday so I'm gonna ask about the ketamine and HBOT theropy.hopefully he is better than the last doctor I saw.thank you again for responding so quick.you all are are great
