Default Ketamine?

Is Ketamine infusions coverd by insurance or do you have to pay out of pocket? From all the research ive been doing Ketamine infusions seems to be the right course for me. Im going to talk to my nuero and have him do some research on it and see if hes willing to give it a try. Has anybody here tried ketamine infusions?

Some insurances will cover ketamine while others you must file an appeal. Just like some dr.'s will take insurance while others will not.
