hey all . I had a couple of minor laughs at my self while reading your comments. here is why.. the dyslexic remark .. in another forum I asked how many people with RSD where dyslexic to see if there was a link(as I am dyslexic ) and it is a family trait. the other comment was the fibro being compared to memory foam.. that made me laugh because the edema from my RSD if something squeezes the area(trust me I try to avoid it) but if it does my swelled area holds the shape of whatever did it.. i.e. there was a quarter on my couch and it wound up under my foot as I was trying to elevate it. when I stood up my kids saw the quarter still attached to my foot , so I took it off and for a whole day I had the details of a quarter on my foot.
again I thank you all for your responses. it so close its really odd that they do not link them in the news columns, or magazine articles. ..could be one way to get the infliction noticed by possible research sponsors.

My Mom had fibromyalgia. When she was diagnosed, they had to rule out everything that anyone could ever possibly have. I think it's a different diagnosis as far as how it's figured out too.
