Default crps diagnose after 22 years of pain

I've had a operation in my right elbow. My pinky and ring finger where dead. I was still in school and in a boarding house. Nobody helped so I just had to go on! I was always in trouble in school because I was alway behind as it effected my writing arm. It was crazy! At that stage the pain was coming and going and there were no signs to show anyone, because I was actively using my hand and arm even when the pain was sooo bad. If everybody where always mad at you because you're not doing you're work... 5 years of school... I'm glad I survived! Then I went to university. The screaming at least stopped because nobody really cared what you did! So for the first time I could give my arm a rest. It turned purple and sometime it would lock! A senior student in charge of us juniors rushed me to a docter! Haha I came back with a sling and painpills... Nothing wrong that he can see. I was using my arm less, so good, mush less pain... But now my muscles where dying very fast. The pain became more unbareable... I went to see my first spesialists! Deffinitely something wrong with the conducting of my nerve. " Sorry for the pain girl, we'll send you to someone to make you a cast to keep you're arm still and you'll lose it's use within 2 years. Good bye". I went back to varsity... I prayed to God for help and said I'm not gonna lose this arm. I'm fighting! I started to use my arm again. I had to! I went to dokters for pain pills. Then my whole body started to pain. Everywhere. It was so sore to walk and opening a door was almost impossible! My immune system flared!! I was tired every 100m I walked and had to rest. Then I found a guy who's an registered as a medical proffesional but knows a lot about alternative medecines. I started using vit C, B6, E, D and calcium. No more preservatives an colourants. Clean healthy foods, no bread, sugar, milk, coffee and chocolates. It worked. I was up and going again. The arm still giving me a hard time, but at least I was okay. My first job was on a bird farm! Haha I ended up cleaning bird bowls, cages ect! So I quit. I started teaching while studying to become a teacher! Oooohh back to writing... A lot! Boom flared my immune system. Tooo much! So the principle send me to her nd, who send me to a nerologist. I ended up in a teaching hospital as I had no mone. The moved my ulnaric nerve which was trapped between wound scarsfor 13 years! It streched very thin because I was still growing after my operation. The crazy doc gave me nothing for pain after comming out of teatre. Told me I was a touch cookie! I nearly died from pain on my drive home! I swollowed my pride and went back after a mont because it was still hurting. He gave me a month of neurontin. Told me to drink 6 a day and sent me on my merry way!!! I was knocking over tables doing crazy things and trying to teach and drive my car. After a month my pills was finished and the pills was finished. Oh and the crazy started all over I had a real hard time not to kill myself!! I was so scared!! Then my husband came into my life! What a gift from God. I became a housewife! He spoils me rotten, but he hated to see me in pain! Took me to another neurologist who said I should do nothing because the pain will cause brian damage. He gave me meds for epilepsy and then he moved to another country. I couldn't wake up from the meds! Everyday I slept longer and no amount of shaking from my husband could wake me. I went back to my md. He got mad at me and said I didn't want help and I was wasting his time! I decided to live with it! Then came the kids! Oh they know how to use a arm! The spasm became big. Distorting my head! No pain meds helped! So when my husband comes home I would drink a big amount of alkohol and the spasm would release and I would sleep! A while ago I heard abaout the nerve stimulator and off I went. After all these years I was diagnosed with crsp and given lyrica until the doc can convince the medical aid to pay.for the op. The Lyrica is making me very active and is tuning me into a clown. Haha my family is loving their heads off! So I've been reading a lot about this syndrome! Whow I'm so glad to be not alone in this! I've got a arm full of muscle because I had to use mine and I had to suvive! My skin on the palm of my hand comes of if I don't use my hand! All my simptoms becomes worse if I don't use it.

This is my survival tools up to now:
No fine motor moves (writing, turning keys, scissors ect.)
Not to much repetitions of the same move (grating food, ironing, sanding ect.)
Avoid touching cold things, if you have to, do it quick and if you can, with a barrier!
Avoid vibrations (I ware shoes that absorb shocks!), without it I wouldn't have been able to walk. This arm hates vibrations!!!
DO THINGS YOU LOVE!!!!!!!!
I read when the pain become unbearable, you forget about the pain, you relax and after awhile you pain becomes less! Books was my painpills for years!!!
I give art and craft classes at our old age home. I help at church with the little kids. I help whoever needs what!
Forget about yourself and love and help others! It makes the pain bearable!
Learn new things you can master.
Love love love everyone and everything and forgive, forgive, forgive, it makes life so much lighter to travel travel through!

I hope this can help some of you! It's heart breaking to read of all your pain!
