Dansko clogs (mules so nothing is on my heel). I have the RSD in my heel and arch mostly. It also goes up the back of my leg (think Achilles area). I cannot handle to rest my feet on the bed or anything else. I cannot wear any shoe that goes over my heel. :(. I live in AZ so I can get away with the
