Default Early RSD CRPS Full Body Need Doctors and Treatment Plan

I am about 80 days from the onset of CRPS in one part of my body (head/neck) and under a month from onset of full body CRPS. It is rapidly affecting me.

I would appreciate first line treatment suggestions and top doctors I might try. I am located in the SF Bay Area but can travel. I plan to see Joshua Philip Prager MD MS in LA and have an appointment with Dr. Sean Mackey, MD, PhD August 17, but that is pretty far out. I have been seen by Moskowitz Michael, MD - Sausalito, CA. He set me up on lidocaine stellate ganglion blocks once a week for 6 weeks. I had the first block already and felt not much change except pain around the injection site that has worsened with time and is perhaps spreading. Robert Savala, MD said there may not be any merit in doing more injections but I'm not sure.

I'm in the UK, but did have an IV Pamidronate infusion, which gave me some relief for about 6 weeks. Also because it was given IV, I didn't get the problems with pain around the injection site.
