Default To All

I'm so glad to find this web site. I don't get out a lot and when you can talk to others that understand what is going on,oh well you guys know what it is like. There is one group that my dr. started up but it is hard to get there. I know it must be discouraging to him that each week the group get's smaller and smaller. He's a great guy to even try to have a group. Since in Hou. Tx there are no other rsd group's.

Default Hi Brienne,

It is great of your Dr. to try and get a group started but tell him not to be too disappointed in what he is seeing.

A friend of mine and I started a group a few years back and even though I went every time she couldn't make it and the group would have some different ones every week but most of us just can't make it for the pain and getting there. Ours finally ended for the same reason. It kept getting smaller due to people being too bad off with the pain.

Glad you found the group too, everyone is very helpful here.

Thumbs up Better than a local support group

Brienne,

Sorry that you have to be here, but this is the greatest place to be on the web for great support and wonderful people! There are many helpful, knowledgeable, people around to give answers, and strong shoulders to lean on when times are rough.

Best of luck to you,

EJ
