Default RSD CRPS from neck injuries? Can anyone relate?

Has anyone gotten RSD CRPS from a neck injury problem? I am finding that I may have gotten this 50 days ago from a neck injury at a hair salon shampoo bowl... but the MRI doesn't obviously show for a clear injury. My doctor is suggesting a cervical CT scan but that involves a lot of radiation. I'm not sure it will help heal me either- to know what it is. I don't have radiating pain in my arms, only in my scalp.

I fear if I don't clear up the neck problem the CRPS won't clear up either. Is there logic in that?

I responded positively to a cervical epidural.
