I just met with a new pain management doc. as I had a drastic negative reaction, the next step he wants is a peripheral nerve block, with infraclavicular placement. It is a continuous nerve block. Will have meds infused via pump. Procedure is planned under sedation and catheter will be in place at least 3 weeks. Has anyone ever heard of this or had this procedure done?
