Question Nervous System Failure - what does this mean?

When someone with RSD has this, what does it mean? Is it the same as Autonomic Nervous Failure?
I thought that was something that people with Parkinsons get. I'm confused. More info would be appreciated, I can't find anything on it on the RSD literature. I'm willing to read all about it somewhere else if somebody could point me in the right direction ...
