Default Hi Debra

Hello, and that particular drug can have side effects. I know several people who do just fine, but groggy, and there are others like myself who tried three times to take the med. and got some nasty side effects. It varries person to person. For me it made me extremely depressed, and I felt like lead all the time. Also I could not sleep. I do hope proper relief can be found for you. ginnie

Hi Debra! As ginnie said, it is different for everyone. I could not tolerate it...gave me horrendous headaches (worse than my normal, daily headaches)!

Good Luck!!

Neurontin is my primary drug for CRPS.

The main side effects for me are a bit of dry mouth and some "brain fog"; can't concentrate and focus as good as I used to.

Know that it takes 3-4 weeks for your body to acclimate to it, so gotta give it a little bit of time if you can.

But it absolutely, positively helps me with the neuropathic pain.
