Does anyone find that being in the sun for even a short length of time causes your skin to burn (I don't mean sunburn - I mean a really bad burning sensation). I noticed it last year for the first time. Now the sun is out (finally a beautiful day). I only sat in the sun for a few minutes and now both arms are burning. I guess it must be allodynia. It's just interesting that this only started last year.
Any thoughts? Sydney |

This has been happening to me ever since my surgery. I cannot stand the feeling of sunshine on my skin. It HURTS! I do not know what to do about it.

I went to the tanning bed at my appt. last night and after just 5 minutes my RSD Flared-up in both of my limbs (legs/feet). I freaked out and got home. I thought I was having an allergic reaction or something. It was scary and very painful. It has never happened before last night, and I go quite frequently.
