Hi Deb, Hi all,

I found this web blog recently:
http://www.howtocopewithpain.org
It's pretty interesting, with some good articles, interviews and relaxation exercises, along with quite a lot of "out of the main stream" ideas and links. My only problem is that it doesn't resize to fit my laptop screen, bit of a bore - but I persevere, cause it is interesting.

Hope you all can find something that helps sooooon
all the best!

Hang in there!!!! I have RSD in both hands and recently filed for disability, just waiting and waiting. I use the brief times I have of my hands actually working to take photos, make jewelry and other creative pursuits. Believe it or not, I actually sell some on ebay. Not enough to make a great living but it does pay the groceries. There are things that you can do, just try, you never know!!! Believe in yourself and always reach out to others!! Think outside the box of what a "job" can actually be, that is one thing that keeps me going.
