Default Does anyone have problems with restless

legs at night? My legs drive me crazy bc they have to move and ache constantly. I only find relief by soaking in a tub full of very warm water.
What has worked for you?

Try asking your doctor about requip. It's a good restless leg med as far as I know. If you are not looking for medication, try getting excersise during the day as much as you can. That way your body is tired at night.
