Default Scalding hot water sensations in spine!!!

I have had CRPS since Feb 27 / Apr 3, 2012 - 2 separate doctor office events - venipuncture & electrical injury - both left arm. I now have CRPS symptoms in all 4 limbs.

I sometimes get horrible pain sensations like scalding hot water in my spine. Do any of you also get this type pain in the spine??? It it is unbearable. I sometimes get the scalding hot water sensation in my left shoulder.

I also get stinging nerve misfires in my spine. My terrible burning pain is in my left shoulder & forearm. Thank you.

I am familiar with the feeling of liquid fire running down my legs, or hot poker feeling too. Electric shocks; random and anywhere on my body they feel like striking at will. absolutely aweful. So sorry you are experiencing this. Nuerontin is good for this but not necessarily a cure-all.

Thank you for replying Vrae, now I know this is from the RSD. Hot poker is a good description of the other feeling I get in left arm. Unbelieveable. Thank you again.

Did you ever have a cervical MRI ? I still have pain in right arm and shoulder but I had neck fusion surgery back in 2010.

I get a lot of the electric shock feelings. I also get this icy burn in my legs and feet...so not fun. And yes the hot poker or even cattle prod shock could describe some of the pains. Sorry you're dealing with this stuff.
