Default Pay for ketamine in-patient therapy

Help please!
How does one pay for ketamine in-patient therapy??? I just got the cost estimate for my 5 day in-patient treatment. It is $90,000. How do you all get this paid for?? Would regular insurance cover it? In the future (few years after being on disability) I will have Medicare. Will Medicare cover this 5 day in-patient ketamine treatment??
And I lose my job basically effective Dec 28 to this CRPS beast.

thank you! SS
