Default RSD/CRPS and travel. Any tips?

I always come home completely busted after travel either business, holiday, or leisure. I'd love to travel more, but it is physically and therefore mentally too challenging for me since RSD/CRPS. I'm wondering how others of you with this dibilitating disorder manage to cope while traveling either via air or auto and staying in acomodations other than your own. Do I have to mention the medications, especially the narcotics, which require a written script from the Doctor. Tips andor advice, please share.

It really depends on your symptoms, and location of your pain.
