Default Hi Kymmie

If you love and trust your pain doc. thats great! Now just ask him outright for more help. To journal is simple. Just use an everyday calander. Everyday, in some way, mark your pain levels 1 - 10, say where the pain is, and what it is doing to you and how it effects you at that moment. Can just write it simple.
Most doctors do not know just how bad you are, until you show them how your daily life is effected. I go see my pain management doctor this afternoon and will bring my callender. She will get to see just how my month went.
I hope the Trial helpes you. For some reason the neurologist didn't think I would be a good canadate. I wish you the best Kymmie. I hope your pain goes down, so that you can have a better life. ginnie
