Question Does this happen to you (if you have RSD in your back)?
I am having a really rough time with my back/ hips. I keep using my heated rice pack on my back and that helps a little, but I am having these major stabs of pain through my lower back that seem to stab from my back straight through to my stomach/ belly area. It is better when I sit still but when walking it gets excruciating.

Does this happen to anyone else? Is it just the RSD?

If so, do you have ideas for me? Thanks a lot.
