Default Recommendations on

books, qigong dvds, etc and anywhere I can get some good info on natural care of any type beinig homeopathic, essential oils , herbs etc.
I looked into getting a qigong dvd and book but wasn't sure which type is best since there are different types.
Also saw some Crps books and was wondering if any of those were worth getting.
And since I am most interested in trying to use as much natural care as I can any books or sites that have good info on this subject.
Anything else that might be helpful will be Greatly Appreciated.
Thanks
kijo
