Hi all, I came across this site a few days ago & had to join. I was so happy to see other people who are going through the same thing helping eachother in what ever way they could even if it's just a kind word. I've been dealing w/the RSD just shy of 9yrs now & have only met 2 other people who have it as well but til now couldnt find any support groups or anything...So I look forward to talking to others like me & no longer feeling so alone in the world.

Heidi,

I would like to welcome you to neurotalk, but especially the rsd/crps forum. Yes you are right, we learn from helping each other. This is such a great group of people here so feel free to talk, ask questions, rant, and rave.

Hi Heidi....

That's the beauty of this forum. We're just regular folk wading through this crappy condition one day at a time as best we can!

Lots of great information on this site; I've learned a lot.

AND support!

Hi Heidi

Yes, it's a great place, I've had CRPS for nearly two years and only recently discovered it.....no one understands this thing except those who have to deal with it daily!! Even the good docs are only going by books and research, but we know what it actually feels like.

Ask anything and someone somewhere will try and answer.

Good luck,

Bram.
