I have not had it myself...but I have actually heard that during pregnancy a lot of patients with RSD see a reduction of symptoms or even go into a short remission. Can't guarantee that myself...but it DOES happen.

As for other stuff...you really need to talk to a doctor because obviously you wouldn't want to take anything that could harm the baby but you need to take care of your health as well. I can imagine that one of the most important things would be to avoid your triggers especially if you are not able to take any of the pain meds you normally take. This might require special restrictions for work or even taking some time off. Only you and your doctor will be able to work that out.

My biggest fear, if I were to become pregnant (and I think about this a lot) is the part AFTER pregnancy. Taking care of a baby scares me more than anything.

I was un diagnosed with RSD and while I was pregnant I felt better than I had for a long time before getting pregnant. From what I have read on line some of the hormones you produce while pregnant help with the pain. I still had some pain but not nearly as bad as it was before and after the pregnancy, and breastfeeding. I hope this helps some.
