Hi all! I'm so glad I found this forum - it's very friendly and helpful
My daughter had to wear a surgery boot on her left foot and has developed a whopping case of plantar fasciitis, and I was wondering if anyone here has some tips on how to relieve/improve the situation? |

My chiro suggested arch/ insole supports ,he also did some slight adjusting on my foot and did a few treatments with a low level laser.
It took 3-4 treatments (one per month) for the worst to subside, 5 yrs later I still wear the arch supports/insoles just for extra support/comfort. I don't have RSD though. I think there are stretches for PF on youtube.
